I called the dealership and the parts attendant I spoke to informed me in was a cd009 I will check Sunday when the motor and trans will be removed

 

i pulled out my 04.5 trans and i dont think mine was a cd009

 

just remember to take a picture of the sticker when you pull it out

cd009 were only in 06+ afaik.

 

i figured he might have had a warranty replacement in late 05 or something.

 

for any confusion the transmission is a cd008

motor and trans have been romoved and will be seperated when sold.
