As quiet as OEM, with a very faint whine.
This car was NEVER a daily, so there must be some confusion. I did talk about a swap, but COULD take the "waiting" side of a deal. I actually had a deposit on it for a bit, but I needed it for a few more events (early 2015) and the buyer didn't want to wait any longer. I was going to send it to him and wait a few weeks to get the replacement in return. That was actually a 'bonus' of this deal, since I could wait as it wasn't a DD. Sorry if that was unclear in any previous discussion about this LSD. I have an EV for daily use, an SUV to tow to the track, and my wife has her own car.
I keep impeccable notes on my cars. The Wavetrac was installed over the Christmas holiday in 2013; mileage on the car was 92,014. The car was sold and all go-fast goodies were removed 10/9/15 with 97,427 miles. That's 5,413 miles - I'll update the ad.

This was the exchange we had via email when I was considering buying this diff (reads bottom to top):

Thanks for posting that. I misspoke in the email, as it was never a commuter car but I did drive it often so I see I called it a daily car. Regardless of the semantics, the mileage stated above is reflected accurately. I only put 7,000 miles on the car in total from when I bought it on 7/30/13 (90,641, it came with a Quaife) to when I sold it with 97,427 miles. Both of those mileage stamps and dates can be proven with DMV paperwork, if one would like to see it.

Pumpkin with lsd diff
Hello,
I'm interested in your diff and just want to clarify a few things. Is this a 350 diff and if so will that and the axle flanges bolt directly into my base model 370z without mods?
It is the wavetrac lsd part #44.309.181WK, correct?
What's your best price?
Thank you!

You can see the description of the axle flanges necessary directly on the Wavetrac application page under the PN you posted: http://www.wavetrac.net/application.htm#
They are interchangeable:

The final drive of the manual 370Z is 3.6:

There will be a minor difference in speed vs. RPM in each gear if you're on a budget; otherwise I'd take the opportunity (if it's a track car) to put in 4.08 gears while you're working on it anyway.
