Wish it was for a open diff. Kind of pointless for me to buy when this requires ano axle stub and the open diff one goes right it. Offsets the price savings

I live in St.Lucia, a small island in the Caribbean. Very little talent here unfortunately. Don't want to take the risk having some shade tree mechanic run experiments on the depth of my wallet. I take your point though, it's certainly a risk buying one already assembled. It's worth it in my view though, z1 charged me $3300 (assembled, including a used pumpkin). So even $1500 used and assembled isn't bad in contrast.
