Replace head unit/will fac NAV work?

I was wondering when I replace my head unit with a double din stereo will the factory NAV still work properly ? If not are there other navigations or bluray+nav+back up camera Just was wondering mainly if factory navigation will work when I replace my head unit Its a 2008 350 touring coupe

The Z's OEM navigation will work if you install an aftermarket H/U. You lose voice guidance. I think there is a way to restore the voice guidance, but I've never done it.
