Ottawa-Montréal region body kit shops
Hi,
I'm looking for an unpainted rear spoiler for my 350Z. I love the original one made by Nissan (the small one), but it's way too expensive! Does anyone know where I could get an aftermarket one from the region? I'm getting touch ups done on the bumpers, so might as well get a spoiler installed and painted at the same time...
I live near Ottawa and often go to Montréal, so anywhere near these cities is good. Or if anyone knows of good online dealer in Canada, that would also be good option.
Any input will be greatly appreciated
Thanks.

You might want to call some salvage yards up....
Try the major ones, and get them to put a "squak" out from TO to MTL, if they dont have one.
Find out the part number BEFORE calling them, as they might charge you less than your average dumb consumer

You can try these guys, they are canadian based: http://www.onderground-design.com/
Also try: http://www.spoilerdepot.com/ , they're cheap.

Actually, have you ever ordered a painted spoiler from spoilerdepot? I had already found their ad through ebay and I'm pretty much decided on ordering one from them, but I'm not sure which option is better now. Getting the unpainted spoiler and get the bodyshop to paint it (maybe install it as well), or get it already painted by spoilerdepot. From reading the information on their website, it looks like they know what they're doing. My only hesitation comes from the fact that my car's been exposed to the sun for 2 years (when not in my garage). I'm afraid that it changed color and so it won't match the spoiler's color...
Any suggestions from past experience?
Also, does anyone know what the "G" is on the color code that is placarded next to the engine: "KYO G"?
Thanks

Hey, ottawa guys...
What's Nick's username on this forum again? I remember he was trying to sell an OEM unpainted spoiler... Was it CF or something? Didn't he want $100 CDN for it?

I'd get your trusted body shop to paint it to match..... They will be able to fade the paint code if your Z has had many sunburns!lol!!!
Good luck.
