Huh? I'm just making sure that the year is 2006 and not 2005. I believe alot of people have done this so far!

I'm asking this in the north east Canada section as I want to know what the duty/tax that people paid to get their 06' headlights over the border and how "plug and play" the headlights are in Canadian sold 350Z.

guy, the thread is in east canada for a reason. The US guys don't have to worry about daytime running lights, so it's just plug and play for you guys. He's worried that the DRL hookup is different on the 06 headlights, and thus work is required to get them to work properly.

as to the opener, I haven't read up too much on canadian 06 headlights hookup, so I can't help you there. Good luck with your search!

Are you talkin heads or tails? Tails are probably cheaper to buy here, and they hook up just fine. I love mine!

I'm talking about headlights, sorry for not being specific. I'm thinking of tinting my taillight, so I don't see any need for LED taillights.

oops, didnt realize you were in canada! Sorry bout that. I had a friend awhile back that bought a civic SI made in canada, and he had daytime running lights. He had to change his bulbs every 5 months cause he was using american spec HID bulbs.

Dude - I was driving behind my car the other day (my wife was driving mine) and I have to say the '06 tails are one of my favourite mods. You never really notice them in the parking lot or as the driver, but they are so bright.
