Anyone know of a good wheel shop in Toronto that specializes in large rims and has worked with 350's? I've got a Canadian Performance.
Soon it will be time to get the summer tires put back on the stock rims. These rims are weird in that the lip comes out from the tire so you can see behind it. Very tough for rim shops to take off a tire without scratching the rim. The dealer did a pretty good job at putting on the winters, but I did notice a small little knick in the clearcoat so I'd rather take it to a specialist.
Thanks.

I have had good experiences with these guys (be advised, they act like they don't care if they get your business). They specialize in huge aftermarket wheels and tires:
Wheels Direct 416-754-0997
Check em out, great prices and their installers are very experienced with tough installations!

My experience with Wheel Direct are a little different, I used to be their loyal customer but I got tried of their services. Although they do offer great selection and price, I would rather spend a few extra bucks (less than $10 a corner) to save myself the aggravation of waiting there 2-3 hours every visit to get things done. I found a place who does clean & professional job with good service, PM me if you wish to know the name of the shop.
Try http://www.wheelandtirezone.com talk to Andrew at the 'sauga location. Good prices and service. Plus they offer Free life time balancing and puncture repair.
Another place is www.tireworks.ca.
Both places are popular among Solo1/Solo2 and lapping day people such as myself.

Any recommendations for a place to get my Track wheel fixed?
I scraped a curb and did a little cosmetic damage to one. I'm worried that noone will know what to do with a forged alloy rim.
Ideas...???

They do aluminum welds, and fixed my lip like new. If you scratch is deep, they have to add a tiny bit of aluminum to it to make it flush. No effect to structural integrity.
redfox and maxrpm...
Thanks for the recommendations.
redfox... Sounds like you had similar damage to what I have. What did Shine n Wheels charge to fix yours?
maxrpm... What did Wheel Fix do for you? cost?
Thanks!
