Getting my transmission replaced!
I finally got a call from my service center that my new transmission has arrived, and I'll be replacing it next Tuesday and Wednsday, the service manager says it takes two days. I brought it to them in the beginning of March because of the grinding problem in 3rd gear, so this is the solution they are providing, pretty good solution I must say. I thought that they would only do this kind of stuff in the US, but I guess Nissan Canada is really standing behind the Z! Hopefully the second transmission is not going to have the same problems.

Got my car back today with the new transmission! No more problem with going into 3rd gear! However, now there seems to be a problem with the 5th gear, is there suppose to be a bit of space on the clutch between the 5th gear and the far right(without pushing down the shift ****)? I don't remember having a problem by pushing diagonally towards the top right corner on the old shift ****, but when I tried to do the same today, it feels totally different. Have to check out others on Saturday to see if it's just my imagination.
