Pretty much standard deal. Leasing is not the way to go... 9.2%!!?!??! That's highway robbery.

Bought mine, financing rate was substantially lower, big downstroke, however...

Cheers!

On Nissan.ca it says that a track pack Z in a 4 year lease 0 down will be:
$751.52
DO NOT PAY MORE THEN THIS. This figure is based on MSRP and anything above this means the dealer is either marking it up, or tacking on stupid fees.
MSRP of the G35C I think is the same as a track pack, so it shows that Scarborough is too high...Unless of course it includes taxes...in that case it is a great deal.

My latest quote is below...

In choosing a open ended lease at 48 months, and an interest rate if 5.75% currently, the payment works out as follows:

Monthly Payment $767.91
GST $53.75
PST $61.43
Total Monthly $883.09

Down Payment $0.00
First Payment 767.91
Fuel Tax $75.00
Admin $150.00
Sub Total $992.91
GST $69.50
PST $79.43
PPSA $62.06

Security Deposit $900.00
Deposit
Due on Delivery $2,103.90

The buy out at 48 months is $ 22,600 a total of $ 1300 less than what NCFI brings the car back at, at the same 48 month term.

I still do not see why you should pay more then Nissan Canada's posted payment on the website. Print out the page on the website that shows the car in the configuration you want and the price per month, take it to a dealer and say "I would like to lease this vehicle". It depends if you will buy it out at the end. If you are, go for that deal...if you are not, then it makes no difference that the buy back is less.

The website doesn't include all the Freight PDI etc. It's just an estimate on the list price.

Your right. I did not realize that the freight/PDI was included in your quote. If it is included in the purchase price, Then you have yourself a fair deal...not a good deal with your latest offer.

How about $54000 out the door, is that what most people financed or bought?

I went to cars4u.com

He saved me about $45/month on a lease payent.(no I dont work for them). Got me an interest rate of 5.75 with a buyback of 23400. This is the lowest monthly payments I could find anywhere. Very proffessional. I would reccomend.

54,000 is just a tiny bit below MSRP. Because 46,500 plus tax is 53,575 and freight is another 900 or so plus PDI and other taxes...so yah, I woul;d go for that deal of $54,000 out the door.

got mine at about 6.1%

not bad at all, considering NIssan was offering 9.25% WOW thats robbery.
