shipping rims adn tires

Hey guys - what is the best (and cheapest) way to ship a set of tires and rims here in Canada (within the coutnry)?

take 2 of them put a piece or 2 layers of cardboard in between, and wrap the crap out of them w/ shipper saran wrap.
