For anyone that is interested I found out that the Toronto Prelude Club has scheduled a track day for July 22nd. This is open lapping and track school, you can choose either. The lappers alternate track times with the school. This is taking place at Mosport Driver Developement track and is open to everyone, though Prelude Club members and those that pay first get priority. I went to one of these last summer and had a great time, pretty easy going club. Jumping on their coattails may be the easy way of getting a track day without having to organize it ourselves.
