Default Dealer recommendation for Service

Hi,

Just wondering if you guys have a favorite dealer you go for servicing your Z in the Toronto Area.

This is my 1st Nissan in ten years and I don't know what to expect - I have been used to the professional, courteous and timely services from Audi and Mercedes.

I can tell you where NOT to go...

So far Agincourt Nissan in Scarborough has been nothing but difficult, and they did a ****-poor job of prepping my car when I first picked it up.

Thanks, the story on Agincourt Nissan seems to be consistent with what I've hear so far.

Any other dealer that is on the "NOT to GO" list ?

Looking at the response for this tread, I am getting pretty nervous about taking my Z to any Nissan dealer. It seems like no one on the forum has positive experience to share.

Pfaff Porsche really spoiled me and now when I go to a Nissan dealer I am always disapointed in the service. Its like an assemble line at Nissan. At Pfaff I used to have a coffee in the service managers office (Steve - the best sevice manager in Toronto) while my car was being worked on. Of course I paid 150 for an oil change and do not expect the same service for a $24.99 oild change. Truth is, I dont think it is totally the dealers fault. I blame Nissan Canada. There are many TSB's and instructions on how to fix problem Z's in the States, but try to find a TSB in a Canadian Nissan dealer for the Z. You wont, because Nissan Canada has their head stuck up their ***. How do you expect guys to fix a car properly without the proper resources? Of course we are going to be trial and error customers since Nissan Canada is giving the dealers no instruction. However, my father has been nothing but happy with Agincourt Nissan and I was satisfied with my first oil change there. They are profiled in the Z car club magazine this month and it says they have 350Z specialists...whatever that means (could have taken a 1/2 hour course on the car for all we know). I have heard bad things about Willowdale service, but bottom line is that people hwho are particular with their cars and the service they get, will never be happy with anything other then Pfaff Porsche or Ferrari of Ontario...and then you will complain when you get the bill . It would help though if we all took our cars to the same place so they got used to working on the car and noticing common problems:

my350z.com user: I have grease streaks on my window.
Service rep: Hmmm we have never seen or heard of that one before
my350z.com user: Really, well thats funny because I know three people that came in yesterday about it and those two cars over there in the parking lot, and that one in the service bay are all here for the same peoblem.
Service rep:
