Ok how does 9-9:30 pm sound, at Woodbine and 16th.

I got a PM from z2thdr (Steve) and he mentioned that 9-9:30 is a good time for him too.

Regardless of how bad it's raining, I'll be in the area at that time anyway (I live in the area), so no big deal if you guys can't go. I'll probably just stay for 10-15 mins and then leave if I don't see anyone.
