This law will be killed once the first cases go to court and people start winning.
This law WILL NOT stand and CANNOT continue just because it's "guilty till proven innocent". Why even have Judges when the cop has the power to make you guilty? What happens when it goes to court and the accused wins? They will turn around and start suing the city for their tow fee, damage to vehicle while in storage, loss wages, etc. Why should I even have to sue the city to get my money back if I was innocent all along?

a guy bakc in highschool killed a grade nine kid racing right in front on my school, we all now street racing is bad....bla,bla
BUT
the laws need to be harder on young those little ****** that are the cause of all this $hit.
my thoughts, new Law
anyone caught 50 over, and under the age of 22 gets one nut or boob taken off. Anyone over 22 gets a fat ticket like b4.
What do you guys think?

Clem, that's very biased. I'm under 22. Many of my friends can vouch what kind of driver I am. (Except the following: Reality350, Xdragus, goneinsixtyseconds, Strife350z
)
I think they should train officers instead on how to distinguish the difference between racing and just speeding.
P.S. I strictly take it to track now...

But in my area over the last several years there have been an increase in street racing and deaths. And they were very young drivers.
I did mean to be biased

My car actually feels more slower and sluggish than usual due to stupid self-learning ECU.
