Should be about 5 days till you get your console back, then we can race. i sent 2 of them in and they came back within 5 days. i think theres a repair center in toronto. a buddy of mines from sauga got his back within 2 days...

lol i'm gased after cardio now. Will take me awhile to get back into my better cardio shape from before ;p Gotta take it easy...almost passed out yesterday haha ;p

actually i usually get a second wind where i don't feel tired after going through a hard workout but yesterday I didn't at all

^haha, it will get better..
Following my routine of 10-30-45, sec break in-between sets will help to get all that lactic acid out of your system.
Less recovery time = greater overall strength.

You also have to remember bro, that you were working muscles that have never fired before.. so naturally you would feel greater intensity from these, when compared to conventional workout regiments.
Nobody can really say they aren't gassed after 25 -30 min of bar work with 10, 30 & 45 sec between sets..... well maybe the barbarians..

im two minutes away from drop kicking my xbox. such an unreliable pos. keeps freezing up all my new games for some reason. and i am really addicted to forza 3 right now. guess im gonna have to send it in....id actually rather smash it tho right now.
