Door Dings

Door Dings
Today was an unfortunate day for me and my Z. I went 2 years, 2 months and now I got my first door ding and it is a nasty one. Right now I got a sick feeling in my stomach because I tried so hard to avoid such a situation from happening. I parked in end spots, back of parking lots and now when I get my own reserved parking spot at work the f@#$ing noob next to me dings my door. To make matters worse is that he is on vacation and some other noob parked in his spot. Now I have the fun of trying to track this person down. Luckly my work's parking lot has cameras so I should be able to nail this mother@#$%er.
Has anyone had success with any particular dent removal companies? If so, can you please pass along some details.

Thanks for passing the link along Reality. I ended up meeting with the guy at Dent Doctor last night and he feels pretty confident that he will get the ding out. The cost is more than expected. He quoted me 175.00. Hopefully I can find the person that did it and get them to pay up.
But this is how I really feel (me being Marsellus)...
Butch: You okay?
Marsellus: Naw man. I'm pretty f*ckin' far from okay.
Butch: What now?
Marsellus: What now? Let me tell you what now. I'ma call a coupla hard, pipe-hittin' n@ggers, who'll go to work on the homes here with a pair of pliers and a blow torch. You hear me talkin', hillbilly boy? I ain't through with you by a damn sight. I'ma get medieval on your ***.

I had security at my work take some pics this morning. I'll try and get them and post them tomorrow.
Good news though...
The person that did the damage owned up to doing it and took full responsibility. Just so happens that she was a very cute girl and I didn't have the heart to take a hammer to her car. The poor girl felt about as sick about as I, she was almost in tears.
Here's her email to me
Hi Stephen,
I got your message this morning and I was really hoping I had a chance to get a hold of you first. I just got in.
I was on my way to an urgent meeting yesterday so I planned to look you up when I got in this morning. While getting into my car the wind took my door and blew it open.
I feel AWFUL about it and actually left my business card on your car this morning on my way in.
I take full responsibility and want to help out in any way I can to get the damage repaired. I am SO sorry, it is such a nice car and I feel sick about it.
If you want to meet me sometime today to discuss the next steps I would be happy to do so.
With sincere apologies,
Well this Z story has a happy ending. The guy at DentDoctor did an amazing job! Their is no sign of the ding, not even a scratch or paint chip. It looks just as good as the day I picked it up from the dealer. The ding was on the passenger side door and it ran right along the crease, perhaps that's why it was so costly. I'll try and post some pics tomorrow of the before and after.
Thanks for all your suggestions.
