you can reuse the stock one, but they're mounted INSIDE the stock wheels, so you'd have to unmount the tires on your stock rims, take the tpms out, then mount them onto the work cr's, then mount & balance the tires.
alternatively, you can buy new ones from nissan ($$$), mount them onto your new rims, mount the tires, and get nissan to reprogram your car to read the new sensors instead.

I went to Sherway Nissan. They are super nice and did it for around $60 taxes in. Cheapest dealer I could find. Most wanted $100.
No, the tires do not have to come off. They use the Consult via ODBI port to program them. It takes about 20min.
The sensors only sense the tire pressure when wheel is rotating.
When I did not have them in my car, the light would function intermittently.

Yup, that is all you have to do. They (the dealership) will just program each sensor since it has a different code for each location. This is so the computer knows which sensor code is associated with each individual tire (i.e. RF, LF, RR, LR). The computer display has to distinguish between these sensors so that it (the tire pressure) can be displayed on your information cluster.
