FYI, stock touring rims do not sell for very much..

Normally around $400-$500 and thats with fresh rubber.

Considering fresh rubber in 18" that fits the car would be around $400 I can't see why anybody would sell them that cheap. Not saying you're wrong, just saying thats nuts. The rims with crap tires should be $400 and good tires maybe $700 kinda thing.

 

reality350 please tell me were you find mint touring rims with fresh rubber for 4-500. ive looked and yes with curb rash and shi% tires 3-400. oh and if you see them in america dont forget our dollar is worth nothing, plus shipping. a mint set of rims anywhere in the states for like lets say 400 is going to end up close to 750+ after conversion and shipping. thanks for your input though.

 

reality350z found me a set for 160 w/ fresh tires awhile ago. Just need to hop when deals pop up. average going rate is 400-500 for the rims and usually if it has fresh tires it gets sold if not it takes awhile to get sold. they are digusting heavy and ugly rims so I dont see why people would pay so much for them.

 

thats a one in a million, i payed more for one re040. Anyways i see them sell for 400-500 with just the rims no rubber all over the place, so apparently new re040 tires are worth nothing. Doesnt matter anyways as i have decided to keep them for my autoX beaters.

btw, I sold my rims for $750 with rubber. I think thats what they are worth (WITHOUT curb rash)

400-500 is a steal if you can find it.
