lighter z = faster z
on the subject of dropping weight, i figure it's time to drop some pounds and lean up which will surely help my z run faster! i just figure that instead of doing something stupid like taking out my spare and tools in hopes of shedding car weight i should focus on getting my *** in shape...
i just started training and i'm on a diet. now i'm looking for a fatburner to throw in the mix and came across a product called RippedFreak. anyone tried this? any tips on how i should be training to maximize fat loss?
calling all fit experts! help

I'm glad my G/F is a fitness trainer. Just in case I ever add to many pounds, she'll whoop my *** back into shape. But I only weigh like 170 so I dont think that's gonna happen anytime soon.

Its hard to lose weight in a car unless you get real serious. I dropped 350lbs from my talon but I was down to taking out ounces not even pounds to get weight out.
You will have to lose things you didn't even know existed, never mind tools and A/C seats carbon fiber etc... I'm talkin removing power windows, taking out everything from behind the dash board, removing the heater core, mini rad, all bracing, head liner, all carpet, every interior trim piece...
So unless you are planning on doing all this, don't bother taking any weight out at all just enjoy your car. Unless you are planning on going full out, taking out 100lbs which would be the easy stuff is almost pointless.
So working out is the best thing to do! lol. Buy a bowflex and hit it hard, it worked really well for me.

work out and watch what you eat. a health way to loose weight is about 1-2 pounds a week, any more weight is not health. try to figure out how many calories you bern per day and then just eat 500-100 calories less then that per day and you will loose your weight in no time.

you can lose 100lbs from the zed relatively easily. Lightweight battery-30 pounds saved, CF hood, 10 pounds, cf hatch, 15 pounds, titanium exhaust, 50 pounds. All that will cost you 4000 dollars tho. Worth it? Probably not.
