Would these be okay to run at the track? I only go to the track 2-3 times a year.

on the track, you really have to rely on the damper + spring. Oem stocks is not gonna get you anywhere
Considering I'm running the stock suspension occassionally on the track now would the new springs be worse? Do you have a shock you recommend with these springs and if so how much?

Hi Brady, we saw each others cars last year at DDT (I have the Daytona blue car you videoed). May 19th is a Tuesday, is that the right date for the track day? I might come out to see how your springs work at the track or run my cat too. I still need rubber and brakes.
