Default Oil pressures when warm and idling-what you got?

I got 15. This seems low to me, but my oil light isn't showing. I also hear a kind of brief grinding during a cold start, but I hear this is normal and is a chain not getting lubed fast enough.

What type of oil are you using?
Did you check your oil level?
I have never heard a grind on startup..

15 is quite low... it's usually just under 30 when fully warmed up.

I idle at about 20-23 at idle, but im running 5W-30 synthetic. When i had nissan oil it was a bit higher (30). Synthetic is more viscous because of the smaller molecules!

Or do an oil change asap. Whatever oil the last owner put in might not be doing the engine good.
