BIGUP Ed and APH (Advance Power House)
Got my clutch replaced on Friday at APH....Ed and the guys had the tranny out, clutch replaced, and tranny back in within 2.5 hours. Ed then helped me fix my oversensitive alarm problem...I was pretty useless, didn't know the model or location of the module. Ed hunted around in my dash, took the module out, found the number and looked it up on the net, and printed the instructions and figured it out. Then printed out a couple of stickers for me and spent 20 minutes carefully trimming and applying them for me (though you shouldn't expect this unless you're a good cust. like me) Very thorough, very perfectionist...gave me a great deal on the clutch as well. 10/10 work, as usual and 10/10 on pricing as usual. Bigup!!

it was an ACT performance clutch....rated good for 500 lbs/ft of torque, so just enough for my revup with intake and exhaust :P
Ed used it for 5k kilometres, and sold it to me for cheap. I'm not going to say how much because that's between him and I, and he doesn't have any more to sell, lol
I got a calf cramp driving home, that thing is heavy, but engagement is very decisive!

If that was me I would of been charged like 10 hours labour over the normal rate.
I get shafted on labour everywhere I go. So I attempt to do everything myself.
I must ad I haven't been to this shop yet but seen a bunch of Z's at cscs rockin their shop name on their cars

I think you're supposed to be charged man-hours....so if 3 guys took 2.5 hours, you'd be charged 7.5 hours. At any rate, give them a try....I don't know anyone that has ever been ripped off by APH, and you can tell by the loyalty of their customer base.
