carcone's:
http://carconeswheelrefinishing.com/contact.htm

paid $150 per rim 2 or 3 years ago, they did a decent job.

They usually dont deal with this type of work but try Albert at Speedstar. He sent one of my wheels away in the beginning of summer and it came back perfect. It was a little more than other places but it was much closer and much more pleasant dealing with these guys (i tried carcones and they sent my business away, said it wasnt possible to fix the damage).

Got my 19" le37 done at http://www.wheelfix.com/ , about 100 each just for curbage, a little more for one that was cracked and no place would touch it. They took a while 2-3 months but they told me this upfront, gave me a discount in the end if I did cash which I did.
