Well if a 5 figure misunderstanding took place the 1st person I'd inform would be my lawyer, and perhaps obtain a police report on the matter. Always factor interest in these type of deals and get something in writing everytime.

 

Normally I would not get involved in such a thread. But because my name was included in the Title, I would like an explanation and to see this thing resolved..

Well I sincerely hope this is settled quickly and equitable. We have an excellent Canadian forum here and the last thing we want to see is fellow members get burned buy another.
