flow-formed FTW!

really good, light wheels, but its going to be hard to fit a front tire on that that doesn't leave the outer edge of the rim exposed, but isn't wide enough to cause tramlining. I got 9.5 in the front with 255's, and it follows cambers pretty viciously and STILL leaves the edge of the rim exposed. But hey, Frank runs 275's in front so its possible. He probably has really strong forearms, lol. Bump!

As far as RPF1s are concerned, the 19x10+22 "outer edge" is almost identical (a difference of .06mm) to a 18x9.5+15. The inner rim extends 13.4mm towards the wheel well.

Question:

Since the Z is RWD, does having a non staggered wheel setup affect the way the car drives and handles?

Also, are these still available?

Do you have photos?

Thanks!

Derek

^ yes, it makes it better (IMO).

The staggerd setup from the factory (and on most RWD cars) is to promote a slight understeer vs oversteer, so people who can't drive don't kill themselves. It also looks cooler.

Larger rear tires helps with traction, but if you are close to stock power, a square setup is fine and may even be better. Plus you can rotate your tires.
