There is an open lapping day to close out the season at the new Grand Bend Raceway Saturday October 15th.

I believe the gates open at 9am and it will run until about 4 pm. Cost? Pre registration is about $100?

If I can get my new brakes installed in time, then I am in for sure! Mosport killed my brakes last month...

Track time is like crack - one taste and it's all over.

$100 for a full day? that isn't too bad....do you just pre-register through email?

 

I usually decide to got to the track 2 days before to make sure the weather is good.

How much is going to be paying at the door or 2 days before?

It's also about 240km one way from Richmond Hill.
I need to see if I can find one of my friend(s) to come so the drive won't be so bored.

 

Are they finally done repaving the whole track? Cause earlier it was open but had some rough areas with also rocks and sand all over the track.

 

I don't think I can go. Cracked brake rotors.

 

Brakes are the bane of the Z. Even with SS lines, uprated pads, and beefy BrakePros rotors, my brakes could not handle one track day. (And I took it easy on the brakes knowing they were a weak spot!)

Picking up my new kit tomorrow and expecting a world of difference.

I'm also curious, though, add to track conditions. If the track is as bad as tioga suggests it wouldn't be worth the drive. What is the track report 2TH PWR?

Don't waste $ and time.. simply upgrade to a BBK.. You can't have enough brakes!!!!!

 

Just received an email from them today and she mentioned that prepaid it's $140 at the gate it's $170.....in case anyone was interested
