Default Transmission Oil

How do I know if I need to change the transmission oil?

and also which one is good??

I want smoother shift with my B&M and will the oil make the difference?

chaning your gear oil would depend on how hard you drive and how long since the last change. i have 17,000miles on my 6psd and just switched over to 50/50 blend of redline MT-L/MT-90 and shifting got alot smoother, but still notchy, you have to let the car warm up completely during a cold start. from experience, either get an oil pump/Syringe from your auto store or get a funnel and long clear tube so refilling will be so much easier. hope that helps, also do a search
