best FI system?
alright everybody, what's the best FI kit out their?
I'm talking about the one with the most horsepower, reliability, price, warranty even. From your experience, if you have FI or in your opinion, if you don't, which is the best?

That is a very hard question to answer cause there are a lot of factors to consider. You will get a ton of different responses. First of all, it depends what you are looking for, how much power and how much you want to spend. The APS TT kit seems to be a very good setup but isn't as cheap as the greddy. Most of the reliability stuff has a lot to do with getting a very good tuning to start out with. Personally, i want some more power but don't want to spend too much so I think i will go with a vortech supercharger. You might want to try searching around the FI forum on here and reading up about the different available units
Whatever works with your budget with tuning I think should play a major factor with the kit you decide to go with. Aside from an expensive install, there is a possibility to have a very expensive tuning bill as well. If your looking at APS, look for tuners in your area that can competently tune your unichip. If Greddy, look for emanage (should be relatively easy as there's a lot of e-manage experience out there). Turbonetics, look at working with a shop like Technosquare that can custom tune your ECU's open loop mode. It's a cost of any of the FI kits you would not want to overlook with the exception of HKS & Stillen which pretty much try make you stay relatively stock. Of course you can bypass all this and go with a stand-alone, but your back to square 1 if you can't tune it yourself or have someone setup already.
