Thumbs up ECU speed delimiter

I know about technosquare creating an ECU that ups to the rev limiter 500 rpm, 10 more hp and removing the speed limiter. Is that a proven fact? Does anybody know anything about the speed delimiter by racelogic that says that they can intercept the signal to the ecu so you can go faster than 156mph? I've been web surfing and i haven't found nobody that can prove either of these devices are capable of doing what the were intended of doing. If anybody knows anything about what i've mention above feel free to spread the knowledge or experience so others can indure. TIA

"Speed Limiter Removal
The speed limiter is removed. The stock limiter was set at 250Km/h (156 MPH), so for all practical purposes, we could have left it alone. But we decided to remove it, just in case someone feels the need to go beyond that."
