In any event, here is a link to one of the lowest prices I have seen and a sponsor on this site. Perhaps others know of a better deal.

The shifter is a big part of the Z,s driving experience. When I see some people having problems and others not it rings a bell. I just want everyone to ignore the bad reviews on the B&M.
Let an experienced driveline specialist install your B&M shifters and you all will be even more excited when you go to drive your Z,s. I cant tell you what a difference this shifter makes in the driving experience.
I would look forward to driving my car before the new shifter but now its like having sex. Ill say it again. The B&M is the best shifter for our Z,s and I do not work for B&M.

Also, did you change the collar that the boot attaches to? It looks a lot smaller than mine.

Was going to order the shifter next week, but if we do a gb, I'd go for it.
Also, 350evo is coming out with their own shift ***** soon (hopefully this week). Keep an eye out for it.
Lastly, Rogue Engineering's site has some really good article's. One of them talks about shift **** weight and that too heavy of a **** can be just as detrimental to your tranny as leaving your hand on the shifter all the time!

uro, so what's too heavy? our stock one is not exactly light-weight.

Although it's talking about BMW's, the principle applies to all vehicle's.
As for your question, I don't know what's too heavy, but I wouldn't go much more than stock.
If anything, I'd probably go lighter just to be on the safe side.

I just ordered the 350 evo short shifter. I am very courious about the ball bearing action. I still love the B&M. But I might like BJs shifter better.
Great review I will give one as well as soon as I get the evo installed.
