I also noticed a big improvement from the UR Pulley. I could feel the difference the first time I drove the car. The plenum, however, made no difference that I can feel. It doesn't pull any harder to redline that stock. I'm going to keep it though for when I get a turbo kit. The STB however has to go. I'll be fabing up something customer to replace the bar and the heim joints but keep the mounting brackets. I'm thinking of doing something in titanium.

you have exhaust, grounding kit, and plenum as your power mods

the grounding kit doesn't do crap so really you just have exhaust and plenum

the fewer mods you have, the less of a benefit the ECU flash will give you. What's your A/F like? send the ECU back to them and say you want more power

Also, 3whp - is that peak power? what's the power in the low and mid range?

Also, you have 19" wheels, did you do your base dyno before or after you put those wheels on? those wheels will make you lose power

before and after dyno were done w/stock 17s on...i gained a little more in the mid range...I'd say ~ 5rwhp in some ranges. here's a link to the thread w/my dyno: https://my350z.com/forum/engine-and-drivetrain/113396-disappointed-in-my-dyno-results-after-ecu-reflash.html i've been told by a few people to them adjust my AF ratio and drop it to 13.1...i just figured that they would put it where its supposed to be since they are a tuning shop.

Why list (brag) it in your mod list then?????? Rather ironic eh?

Have you guys over at Crawford's considered injecting the bar with urathane to increase the rigidity? The stock bar is set up that way, and that bar is way stronger than the one you guys sell.

Top two for me...

Borla Headers - got them because they were one of the first to market and because I already had the Dual Catback. These made **no** difference in power, only a little throatier. As soon as I was able, swapped them for the Crawford Headers.

TechnoSquare ECU reflash - did not produce as advertised. I don't think it's a bad product. I think it just works better for folks who can take their car directly to them. Check threads to see how many mailed ECUs have gone back and forth 3 or more times. Eventually decided it was more headache than benefit for me and went back to stock ECU... sometimes I miss the 7200rpm redline, tho!

We have some new bar designs in the works, but not of this nature. The new designs will be lighter, smaller, and stronger. Same basic setup though.

The strut bar does exactly what it needs to do. It is stronger than the stock bar for these purposes. The bar is not an aesthetic solution, but a functioning replacement. There is more science involved with the strut bar, than most people understand.

Keep us posted on this. While I'm not happy with my current STB, I respect your shop and the products you make. I would be very interested in a better solution.

One thing I would recommend is doing away with the heim joints. You will never acheive sufficient rigidity when using devices that are specifically designed to move and pivot. Movement is the entire purpose of a heim joint and has no business being in a STB.

If you could do something with some thick wall, rectangular titanium bar stock, that has an oval hole at each end, so you could bolt it in solid, then you'd be on to something. This is what I plan on doing if no other solution presents itself.
