Would you know or has anyone had the Stillen VB done on a turbo w/ success? I had an appt. yesterday but backed out after seeing these posts. They were guarenteeing that it would not hit the rev. limiter at WOT 1-2-3-4 on auto mode & would shift faster & smoother for my TN single turbo (356 whp on Mustang dyno). What do you all think? Should I try it since I'm local? They will be doing the install too. I'm trying for the SGP VB but couldn't find a shop to remove the VB & have my car stay in their shop for a week to wait.
Thanks,
Jeff
Thanks,
Jeff

I had the Stillen valve body mod done about two years ago and have found it offers much faster and slightly firmer shifts. To me it was well worth the expense.

I had Stillen install the VB @ their location in Costa Mesa, took about 5 hours to complete the work.

With the Stillen VB auto shifts are much smoother, the delay between shifts has been reduced approx 70% - 80%. Delay in manual mode has also improved substantially.
No issues with hitting the rev limiter @ 7200.
Where in socal are you located ?

The point I was trying to prove was that Stillen and Level 10 products are not as great as they claim they are.

Well Stillen has been known the screw others. They ripped me off on maxima headers 2 years ago along with 15 others on maxima.org. So i will never trust them again. They also make bullsh$t claims on hp ratings. So I wouldnt trust them on upgrades especially on a tranny, because if you were to run into a problem you would be sh$t out of luck with them. Maybe their valve body is ok but im not one for taking chances. Nothing worse than a company that makes your out to be the problem without even hearing you out. This is my opinion im not right or wrong. I also dont mean to disrespect anyone with stillen products.
Thanks Glen
