Default Mods that will Compliment Future Turbocharging?

I am definately going to get some kind of Turbo Kit a few years from now, its the most bang for your buck. I've owned N/A cars, S/C cars, and Turbo cars, and I love Turbo the most. I like it , because it has the Best MPG, best power, and best looks (intercooler).

Right now I have a JWT, and I'm far from being able to get a Turbo Kit for my 350Z.

What Mods will give me power right now, but can be used with a Turbo Kit later? I don't want to have to take it off or waste money.

Is the Plenum Spacer Ok? I hope it won't blow a gasket or something. What other mods can be used?

If you end up going single turbo, you will have to run a single type exahust (or a dual w/ a y-pipe).

Nismo and JWT cams are supposed to be very effective in F/I applications and provide some good gains for N/A as well. Spendy, but what isn't on this car...

You can upgrade a lot of systems on the car to improve braking, handling, cooling, breathing, and so forth without stepping on your own toes: Better tires & wheels, front/rear big brake kits, limited slip differential, dual exhaust, intake manifold, upgraded suspension, all-aluminum radiator, oversize oil pan and/or oil cooler, short shifter, clutch/flywheel, lighter pulleys, front bumper with a wider opening, and even a broad band AFR gauge (or EGT gauge).

DON'T get aftermarket exhaust manifolds/headers. Your turbos will have their own exhaust manifolds.

This list probably covers most of it... but there are other possibilities.

Which turbo kit are you going with? Certain things can only be used with certain turbo kits.

Some Turbo kits have oversized oil pans included with their kits IE.. JWT, APS & PE.
