What shops install cams in L.A. (Cali) and how much do they charge??

My car with Nismo cams, ported and shaved heads, Nismo headers, high flow cats and ECU programming still passed at the sniffer!!!! Not saying it's going to pass visual, but these cars run very clean. It close if was going to pass, but it did. 280 RWHP
