I dont know how far off your a/f's are so I cant guess untuned, but tuned you should be around 265 whp + or - 10. I have similar mods minus headers and I do 262 whp 252 ft lbs dynojet SAE corrected, but I rarely see guys hit that much even with headers. Let us know how you do.....
I just got my S-AFC tuned couple weeks ago. I took it out 3 days later because the ECU is trying to compensate the changes made by S-AFC and throwing knocks like crazy. There is no way around it. You might want to do a search on S-AFC tune and read about them before spending the money tuning it for nothing. What I meant is that tunning the S-AFC does gives you about 10 WHP, but the ECU will compensates whatever changes made by the S-AFC.
what year do you have? when im drive my car for a sustained period of time in hot weather the safc shows knock even with no adjustments made to the SAFC. For example today i drove about 1 hour freeway driving in 90 degree weather and the average knock number was 13.

considering all your breathing mods, and the fact that you are in cali running 91 octane, you very likely are running lean. make sure you get your a/f done when you dyno. sometimes you don't hear or feel anything when you are lean.
