If you're smelling gasoline inside the cockpit you may want to check the O-ring that seals the fuel pump assembly if you haven't aleady.

I'm still having this issue as well...but no noticable smell inside the car.

After I put a NEW Oring gasket thing on the cover that holds the fuel pump on top of the gas tank . NO smell at all . That gasket cant get any gas on it , or it will swell and not sit in the groove and will not seal right

Z-Car Garage cleaned up my installation from the tank all the way up to the plenum and said it was a matter of making sure all the connections were tight. There was a problem at the tank(not the o-ring) and clamping the lines properly. It may be because of the braided stainless lines with liners? They said the problem was solved.

Mine doesnt have any gas smell. There are lots of sources of very small vapor leaks, so it could be several things. First, there is a potential for vapor leak on the top and bottom of each injector. There should be one o-ring top and one on bottom. Some of the Greddy injectors included two o-rings for the bottom..not sure why. There is also potential for vapor leak from the fuel pump assembly, both around the return fuel fitting, and the large o-ring for the fuel pump assembly bucket. Lastly, large diameter SS -Ans fittings have been known to "sweat" a little bit. If there is a pronounced smell of fuel, I would check all of these areas. Look for dirt or gunk around all the SS fuel lines and fittings, just to insure there are no minor leaks...also around the FPR. Look for dust and residue, which is a sign of a leak.

Hope that helps.

I'd say replace the o-ring on the pump too. My smell/leak went away when I got a new one.

Fill your tank all the way, then check the bulkhead fitting that goes thru the top of the fuel pump assembly for the return line.
