I've run out of ideas... The mods I currently have:
JWT popcharger
Crawford cast plenum
UR Crank pulley
Crawford headers
Crawford cats
Injen straight tip SES
TS ECU Crawford flash
And no, don't tell me I need FI. I'm thinking cams and a clutch flywheel combo...
Any more Ideas???

Get them both!
Get them both!

Yea, I'm definitely going to go with the JWT clutch and flywheel.

like zzzya said, the throttle body upgrade should be right in line with what you currently have. It is designed to go with the intake upgrades, which are allowing more air flow... combined with the ECU reflash allowing higher RPM's. Cams would give you some real power on top of your mods, JWT or the Nismo S1 cams (not R-tune, they are weak). Those won't ruin your low end torque or cause idling issues. 3.9 final drive gets everyone excited, if I got it I would probably just get the whole pumpkin swap (from 350EVO) including the Nismo LSD. Clutch, flywheel, pully/s, engine damper?, sythetic fluids (engine oil, differential oil, transmission oil on 6MT)... have fun

No idle problems (ilde is bumped 200 rpm), no misfires, no loss of low end.

What numbers are you putting down?
Yeah -- cams that net you 10-15 hp aren't worth the money, time or trouble. But a beefy came that gets me 25 hp -- that get's my attention.
Jackson Stewart at Unitech showed me some cams that were declared illegal in Grand Am Cup. They had lobes as big as my fist. He says they add 30-35 hp peak. But I don't know if they would be streetable.

Get the 350EVO 3.9 final drive ... it will transform your Z as others already have posted about their experience.
Just got mine installed last week ... and I can't wipe the
Some of my own ideas were port/polish the heads, 3 angle valve job, flat top ti valves for incresed compression, upgraded valvetrain and Tomei 268's/Nismo S1 kit. I would like to do this one day.
I wonder how much you can net from modifying the heads. Would it just be better to go with the Nismo Racing heads? I guess the advantage of a port polish and 3 angle job on a stock head is that you could probably get away with using a reflash or piggyback.
Could you post more info on your cam setup Vandy? Will it require more upgrades (springs, valves, etc etc) to work correctly? Anyways I was wondering if anyone had any info on the NISMO Spec 2 Cams VQ35DE (284/268). Is this a drop in affair or should I consider an upped redline (7200) with stronger con-rod bolts? Is this something that could be used with a reflash and some fuel work? At what point does the stock fuel system become useless?
