I am running into the same problem on my brand new 2005 Z. Dealer told me that they had to call Nissan to get approval. Should I just press them and state that this is a known issue and have them replace the transmission?
Thanks in advance.
Thanks in advance.

Ok Guys, Here is the latest. After months of trying to get the car in, along with the dealer not being able to "duplicate it", They finally got it all figured out. I took it for a drive with one of thier Techs, showed him the grind (which he tried to tell me the clutch wasn't pressed in all the way, so I let him drive it and guess what... it was grindin') and I am getting my new trans. Should have the car back at the end of the week!
