That's why you have to empty the catch cans on occasion.

If you don't want any vapors to enter the engine, you just vent the line to atmosphere with a filter and plug the hole in the manifold.
There are various ways to set them up and it depends on your requirements as to how you do it. If its routed back to the intake before venting to atmosphere the oil vapors will still condense in the catch can before they are taken into the intake. It wont remove 100% of the oil from the air but it will still remove most of it. Either way the goal of the catch can is to prevent the blow by / oil suspened in the air from going back into the intake diluting your A/F which can lead to detonation etc.

How often do you have to empty the catch cans? Is it an easy task? Can it be down along side with an simple oil change?

Along with the catch can has anyone installed an oil relocation kit? I have been debating on doing a combo GReddy install...

Is this a pretty simple install then? Something that could be done pretty easily on a day off or something?
