1. Getting your A/F ratio back up to the high 12s low 13s until redline will make a very noticable difference in the performance of the car. I had a very similar A/F curve until the reflash. Some ECUs actually over compensate with additional breathing mods and yours seems to be one of them.
2. Cams will make a noticable improvement from the 4000 rpm range and up if you get the tuning right.
3. With cams, I would definately recommend the test pipes in place of HF cats, major pickup when the cams hit as compared to HF cats.

Do you have a link or some pics of the dynos? I'm seriously considering the Crawford headers, but there's alot of conflicting info on how much they realistically add.
