Default OEM Oil Filters UK versus Japan?

What's the difference? The one made in Japan was purchased from a local nissan dealership. The UK one was ordered from Courtesy Nissan (10!) The construction is obviously different but should I worry? The one with red text is made in Japan, the one on black text is UK.

I can give the 10 filters for my parents Murano if I need to.

Just did my first oil change today and wow PITA! but I did notice how small the filters are I used a K&N pn1008 and it is just tiny. The 1010 is for the V8s like the Titan and they are almost the same the only difference being the 1010 was a little longer. Funny thing is I expected the K&N to be bigger than oem but it was slightly smaller.
