The SES light is probably unrelated to moving your AT from the auto to manual mode or vica versa. The change in rpm is because the AT will change gears from D (5th) in the auto mode to 4th in the manual mode at freeway speeds.

Some people do have probs with tests and lights. Just buy and install some spark plug non-foulers. You will have to drill out the hole in them and that should fix your problem. I can't remember the hole size. Do a search on here for the non-fouler and you will find the post.

I got them but the thing is that when i took it to the guy the idiot didnt install them and he said it would be ok now i have to install them ill see what i do. I took it out already the codes where P0 420 two of them and then a P0430 it said Catalyst efficency threshold bank 1 for P0420 and bank 2 for P0430. Is that what does code mean.

P0420 = THREE WAY CATALYST SYS - BANK 1
P0430 = THREE WAY CATALYST SYS - BANK 2

DTC P0420, P0430 THREE WAY CATALYST FUNCTION

The ECM monitors the switching frequency ratio of air fuel ratio (A/F) sensor 1 and heated oxygen sensor 2 (or heated oxygen sensors 1 and 2 for 2003 & early 2004 engines).

A three way catalyst 1 with high oxygen storage capacity will indicate a low switching frequency of heated oxygen sensor 2. As oxygen storage capacity decreases, the heated oxygen sensor 2 switching frequency will increase.

When the frequency ratio of air fuel ratio (A/F) sensor 1 and heated oxygen sensor 2 (or heated oxygen sensors 1 and 2) approaches a specified limit value, the three way catalyst 1 malfunction is diagnosed.
