Default Pulley install question

I have no idea what people mean when they say "torque it to 36lbs +60degrees which equals 90-110lbs"

I thought you just put the pulley on there and turn the socket wrench as hard as freaking possible? How do you know how many ft/lbs of torque you you are tightening with? Thanks.

I used my breaker bar to tighten my CP to what I felt was acceptable I know its not by the book but Ive had it for 30+ miles (15 or so with a 7100rpm redline) with no issues.

The torque is more than 110ftlbs.You will first torque to 30ftlbs then make a mark on the pully at 1 of the lines on the bolt, then tighten till the mark you made on pully lines up with the next factory line on the crank bolt.

Because i am the only one in earth that hase change motor to 3.500klm due to loose pully bolt(the oem pully-the factory) i would suggest to torque to the the limit with an airgun and using some Locktight glue
