fuel line pressure release
Hi guys, I need some help. Does anyone know how to release the pressure from the fuel lines? If so, please reply, i'm stuck in the middle of an install

Pull the fuel pump fuse and then start the car. Let it run until it stalls then crank it over 2 to 3 times to evacuate the residual fuel. This is per the service manual when not using the Consult II tool.

Damn, disregarded the part about you being in the middle of an install so I don't know if you'll be able to start the car or not. If not someone else may chime in on best method. You may just have to slowly crack a line open and let the gas drain in bucket..

This is off topic but I recently noticed my fuel pressure guage which usually reads 51 not reads 50. Temps are really getting cold around here. Are they a related issue? Should I worry?

If you cant crank the car over in its current state, then just gradually loosen up the fuel line from the rail (two 10mm bolts), and have a rag handy. It will drip some fuel, but it shouldnt be too terriblly bad, as long as you are ready for it.
