Default Burning smell under hard acceleration

After i installed my pop-charger, high flow cats, borla td i now notice a burning smell when i really beat on the car. It goes away pretty quickly but if i rip through the gears all the way to the redline u can smell it. Anyone else notice this? Something i should worry about?

Yea but the exhaust system and cats were used. I did have the shop use all new gaskets though...

Like a burning plastic/rubber smell. My oil pressure is fine, right where it should be, and no different colors of smoke, im a lil confused..

Nah no plastic bag. I guess sins4u33 is right, i don't drive my car daily, especially since its now winter so it must just be taking a while for them to burn off.
