It is actually a computer in series between the stock ecu and the engine I/O. A "piggy back" computer. Unichip was the first to do this (I think). Does wonders for mine.

Guarranty at least 20HP gain or your money back. How is that sound?

Just one thing, make sure you have all of your modding done before install the unichip because if you have the unichip tune then install something else, you will need to retune.

Got it. but just for 20HP.. 900.00 is fairly steep~

and NO more MODS after Unichip. got that too

For 20hp 900 is a deal with our cars.

And you can do piggy back now and then add more mods later it's just that you would have to bring it back to your Unichip/EU/Utec tuner for updated tuning after additional mods. That would cost you more money, obviously. Best scenario all your desired bolt ons 1st and then do piggy back or stand alone computer, whichever type computer is your choice.

But the 900 figure for unichip installed & tuned is a Scott Performance price, your in so cal.

What is the difference between this and a reflash or a EMU?
