Unichip is an EMU, just like the E-manage Ultimate but it's way more proven.

Flash is sending your stock ECU to someplace like Technosquare and they flash it with a specific re-program. That can be hit or miss & some guys say they have sent it back and forth till it get's done right.

Problem with Unichip is that some guys don't live close to someone that tunes Unichip.

Unichip is the brand. I don't know enough about the EU to say what is better. I know Unichip works to get everything I can out of the engine for performance. Who works with them? www.unichip.us go here and look for dealers.

Just one thing, make sure you have all of your modding done before install the unichip because if you have the unichip tune then install something else, you will need to retune.

is this true??? does the unichip get that much extra hp? Is this only for 350z or is this also true for g35?

I got my Unichip from Ted. I can't remmember exactly how much power it made. somewhere around 12-15rwhp I think on the rev-up motor. If you don't like the outcome I'm sure Ted will remove it and not charge you. If you like it then just pay the man. He was pretty easy to deal with in my opinion. 20 rwhp might be a little over the top.
