does everyone with cams get a SES light?

just wondering if that's the case for the P302 multimisfire code

I'm starting to think I've been getting that code ever since I did a bunch of my mods and got my ECU flashed a year and few months ago.

I know the misfire code is a bit of a mystery. Some people think light clutches set it off, but there's people with tilton clutches that don't get the code. I suppose it's a combination of getting an underdrive pulley, cams and the clutch, and ECU flash

Some are getting it with just cams ...just bigger fuel injectors.....fuel injectors , & return fuel system....and all three . I get it just after I have a hard start when the car is warm
