Is that 2900rpms of true stall? How much slippage are we talking here?

It breaks free on a brake stand between 2900 and 3000 rpm. Note, that is on 18 inch snow tires. The factory converter breaks free at 2100 rpm. The tack just flys between 5000 to 6600 in first. Have to shift at 6000 or it hits the limiter in MM mode. Will have to get the ecu limiter set to 7200. This is a stage 4 stillen.

 

is this the best torque converter out there. just wondering if there is anything better.

 

How does this one differ from the one SGP produces?

 

I believe that it's the exact same one that SGP sells.
