Default Clutch pressure build up after driving.....

Just curious if anyone has experienced issues with pressure build up with their clutch after driving. I have a 2004 Z and for the first 30 mins of driving in the morning my clutch is perfect but as I drive the car the clutch gets harder and harder to depress. Also, it could be simply the increased amount of effort required to depress the clutch but, it also seems as though the engagement point becomes higher as the car becomes warmed up. I plan on bringing it into the dealer but just wanted to get an idea of possible issues before hand. Thanks.

whats wierd is I have the exact opposite problem. After my car has been running for a while it becomes difficult to get into gear and the engagement point is really low to the floor. Curious to see what the stealership says.

Thanks, I'll let you know what they come back with. Maybe something with the lines or the fluid pressure??

Same thing happens to my clutch, more pressure as the car warms up. I just thought it was normal. Never really thought about it.

the clutch works via fluid...the fluid might be heating up and expanding??? I'm going to get stainless steel or kevlar lines just for that reason. Not only do they suck when its cold outside....if you try to launch hard after preloading the drivetrain, the clutch sinks to teh bottom cuz of the fluid overheating and expanding rapidly.

Interesting, I might end of doing this since I am pretty sure this is the cause.

Have you altered the clutch rod inside your cabin? (it links from the clutch into the master cylinder)

The system might be holding in too much pressure from each compression stroke on the clutch. Your Nissan tech will probably adjust either the stopper on the clutch by backing it out one turn or bringing in a few threads on the rod so that the clutch draws out more fluid when it retracts.
